The establishment boasts features such as a heated pool and security services from 10 pm to 3 am daily. The property is home to a diverse and welcoming community, with a significant presence from the LGBTQ+ community.

What type of unit are you interested in? All units are inclusive of electric and utilities. All prices are approximate. None of our rooms include stoves or fridges, but can be equipped with small fridges, microwaves, toaster ovens, slow cookers, etc.
An up-front deposit of 1/2 the first month's rent, plus the entire first month is due prior to move-in. Do you understand this requirement?
